Cancellation and refund policy
Plans change. Most BOSS4 experiences can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before they start.

Standard experiences
Cancel more than 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside 24 hours, the booking is non-refundable because the operator has already committed a guide, vehicle or entry slot.
Balloon flights and small-group departures
These have a 48-hour cancellation window because seats are allocated per flight. If the operator cancels for weather or safety, you are offered the next available flight or a full refund.
Private transfers
Cancel free of charge up to 12 hours before pickup. If your flight is delayed, we track it and adjust the pickup at no extra cost.
Changing a booking
Contact us with your booking reference and we will move your date or time where availability allows, with no admin fee.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Banks typically take 5 to 10 working days to show the credit.
