Data we collect

Depending on how you use BOSS4, we may hold:

• Account details: name, email address and password credentials
• Booking details: traveller names, contact number, travel dates, pickup address and special requests
• Payment status information (card details are handled by our payment provider, never stored by us)
• Usage data such as pages viewed and searches made, used to improve the product

Why we use it

To confirm and deliver your bookings, to share the details a supplier needs to host you, to provide customer support, to prevent fraud, and to send service messages about your trip. Marketing email is only sent if you opt in.

Sharing with suppliers

We share only what an operator needs to run your activity: lead traveller name, participant numbers, contact number and any accessibility or dietary notes.

Your rights

You can request access to your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account. Email hello@boss4.com and we respond within 30 days.

Retention and security

Booking records are kept for as long as required for accounting and legal purposes. Data is stored on encrypted infrastructure with strict access controls.
